Lydia Roda Supports “Recycling, Reusing, Rebuilding”
Lydia Roda was proud to sponsor Recycling, Reusing, Rebuilding: Rethinking Architecture’s Sources, Origins and Ends, held at the Basil & Elise Goulandris Foundation in Athens on 14 October 2026.
Organised by the Hellenic Institute of Architecture, the Embassy of the Netherlands in Greece and Medexpo, the event brought together architects, academics and industry professionals to discuss circularity in contemporary architecture. The programme included roundtable discussions and a conversation with Reinier de Graaf, architect, author and partner at OMA, inspired by the Greek edition of his book Architect, Verb: The New Language of Building.
Sustainability is at the heart of Lydia Roda. We are committed to offering materials that support more responsible choices for the built environment, including FLEXBRICK®. Supporting this event gave us the opportunity to contribute to a timely conversation about how architecture’s resources are sourced, used and transformed. We were pleased to present FLEXBRICK® and exchange ideas with visitors throughout the evening.
We thank the organisers, fellow sponsors and everyone who joined us.
